I am an otolaryngology resident and board game enthusiast hailing from southern California. I attended medical school on the east coast, and have the privilege of returning to my home state and train over the next 5 years. Outside of my academic interests in digital health, surgical outcomes, and public policy, I enjoy playing crafts & team-based games, traveling to coffee shops, and learning how to be a foster mom for kittens.
This space originally started as an online journal as far back as middle school. A lot has changed since! To this day, I use the term blog loosely because my primary audience has always been myself. I’ve chronicled my successes, struggles, thought sketches, and musings—some more serious than others—as a way to reflect and connect with loved ones. Although many posts are now cleaned up, password-protected, or archived, I hope that you still find something that resonates and lets you know me just a bit better.
(One more thing: All statements and expressed on this site my own, and do not reflect those of any current/former employer, institution, or organization. Please see my full disclaimer and disclosures for details.)
