My Physics Test is in 2 Days

I have absolutely no idea how to solve problems. No joke. I don’t know how to do my own homework, and have to attend tomorrow’s study session to get help.

ALL I KNOW IS THE CONSERVATION OF MOMENTUM. AND THAT J = CHANGE IN P.
