Spring 2014 Recap

  • 18 units. 4.0 (lucked out this semester).
  • Averaged 20 hrs/week as an RA. Most successful program was Puppy Therapy before finals.
  • 8 hrs/week as an OWHP intern.
  • 4+ hrs/week in the Twin Lab. That manuscript’s almost done!
  • 5 hrs/week at CHLA as a research assistant. Love the emergency department!

Now to study like hell for the MCAT.

“If you want to ask a guy out, don’t say ‘Let’s go get coffee.’ Say, ‘DO YOU WANT TO GO LASER TAGGING WITH ME?’ Guys will always say yes to that.” –Dating Advice from D.K.

I love my staff.

FUUUUU, textbooks are so expensive.

Why must a single textbook be $200?!

I’d buy a used book, or even older edition, if I could. But the newest edition came out two months ago, and because it’s a physics book from which problems are assigned, I can’t risk getting an older book with different problems.

Just….asj;dflakjs;dflj

On the bright side, one of my textbooks is available at the library. I’ll just…borrow it. For the entire semester.

A B.S. in Human Biology

requires fewer units than a B.A. in Health and Humanity.

What.

The temptation to change my  major is unreal.
